The Bankruptcy Court has ordered that April 26, 2010 at 5:00 P.M. (prevailing Eastern Time) will be the deadline for creditors to file proofs of claim with the official Claims Agent, the Garden City Group, Inc. The deadline of April 26, 2010 at 5:00 P.M., also known as the "Bar Date", is applicable to general creditors, 503(b)(9) creditors and governmental creditors alike. If you have a claim arising prior to September 8, 2009, you must file a Proof of Claim Form prior to the Bar Date.
